In this context, certain data may be processed by technical service providers used in particular for : Infomaniak: website hosting and email services ; Tally: online preparatory questionnaire ; Lea: appointment management and, depending on the features used, customer relationship management ; Google: services that may be used for calendars, video conferencing and certain electronic communications ; Payment provider: where online payment is offered, the information required to process the transaction is handled by the payment provider used by Your Odysea.

Your Odysea does not intend to store your complete payment card details. These service providers process data solely within the scope of the services they provide and in accordance with their own data protection obligations.

Your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and is then deleted or archived where required by applicable regulations. Data relating to an enquiry or appointment booking is retained for the period necessary to process your request.
